Hi, Iā€™m ashley.

Iā€™m a Therapist, Clinical Supervisor, Career Strategist and Trainer. As a learner at heart, youā€™ll find more audiobooks and podcasts than music in my Spotify playlist.

I am passionate about cultivating transformational mental health. This is why I love teaching graduate level courses, offering support and supervision to new therapists, and providing therapy.

You deserve to be able to cultivate a career and life you love. That often starts with a supportive person in your corner.

With more than a decade of high-level experience in mental health, leadership and training, I help people like you get the results you need.

Whether youā€™re looking to

  • hone your skillset in mental health, mindset, or leadership

  • level-up your career

  • preparing for a family or

  • working through trauma,

I am here to help you achieve your unique goals with a robust approach that helps you get your desired results.

My Approach

I believe in the power of focused, one-on-one support, which is why I work with just a few 1:1 clients at a time. This allows me to truly connect with your individual stories, challenges, and goals. Imagine a space where each session is entirely about you ā€“ tailored to nurture your growth, enhance your strengths, and support your journey, whatever that may be. It's not just about reaching your next milestone; it's about providing you with the care, attention, and understanding you need to thrive in every aspect of your life.

How?

We meet. Talk about your goals. Make a targeted plan. Iā€™m known for my direct, tangible and practical approaches to help you gain the skills you need. Then, we work the plan. You get results.

The Vibe

A warm, encouraging atmosphere paired with a deep focus on you and your needs. My approach is highly relational, creating a space for you to reflect inwardly while I stand by you as both a cheerleader and a dedicated guide towards your success. Together, we'll turn insights into impactful, lasting changes.
