An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a free, confidential resource provided by many employers to help you manage personal or work-related challenges. It’s like having access to a support system for when life gets stressful—whether it’s dealing with anxiety, work stress, relationship issues, or even financial or legal concerns.

How Can You Use It?

  • Therapy Services: EAPs often offer short-term counseling sessions to help you work through stress, anxiety, or other personal issues.

  • Work-Life Balance Support: Struggling to balance work and life? EAPs can help you find ways to manage it all.

It’s all about giving you the support you need to feel better and do your best at work and in life.

Next Step: Check with your employer or HR department to see if you have access to an EAP and what benefits are available to you!
